Even though the camping season has come and gone we are still busy here at the resort. Learn more about the resort in the February Newsletter!
Happy March Everyone,
We are certainly hoping for some better weather this month.
The sewer project is moving right along, even though there is still a lot of work to do. The men have spent many late nights working on this project. It is amazing how much they have accomplished so far, considering the weather they are working in. The men’s shower house also received a fresh coat of paint. We will be working in the laundry room, and the rental is getting new flooring in the living room and bathroom.
In this next month, if you stop by the resort, please stay away from the River Road, Storage Area, and the road that goes to the Garden House and the Rental. Please treat these areas like a work zone as we are currently excavating those areas. Large excavation equipment will be operating during this time, sections of land that have already been excavated, there will be open manhole covers, and large piles of dirt, rock, and debris from the excavation. Please avoid these areas during this time.
Reservations over the next two months will be evaluated on accessibility to the sites themselves. If it is not available, we will call to notify about this and reassign you to a new site. We hope this project is complete by the end of April. Camping season is right around the corner, and we are ready for camping weather.

Goodbye to December and we are giving our thanks to all the members that were with us during the BIG thanksgiving feast.
As the weather gets a little colder each night, we all snuggle one step closer to the campfire. The leaves have almost finished falling and everything looks beautiful. What a perfect season we have here in Georgia.

February has made her presence known with cold winds, snow flurries creeping in, and the trees have finally dropped all their leaves.
I see the colours everywhere as I drive around this beautiful place, we call Rocky Fork Ranch.
