Happy July Campers!
So happy to see July get here! The storm that was devastating for so many people went tore through our campground. I want to thank my amazing staff for their heroic efforts when the storm hit the campground, I would also like to commend all the Members helped out as well. Crystal was just pulling onto the resort when the tornado warning went off and the storm hit within a couple of minutes. She flew into action along with our workcampers, while Jody and Zyon drove into the campground help. It was a dangerous storm, and it could have been much worse without everyone’s help.
Clean up was crazy. I believe we lost at least a dozen trees. Big thank you to Shafer’s Land Care (Members) for going home and bringing a crew and equipment to help us out. The damaged campers are still on site and hard to look at. The vehicles have been removed. We still have 5 sites (133 – 137) and outer bathrooms without power. We are hoping they will be back soon, but as of now; we do not know when that will be.
We look forward to a fun and busy July. Lots of activities and entertainment. Be sure to check the Camper App for everything going on.

Goodbye to December and we are giving our thanks to all the members that were with us during the BIG thanksgiving feast.
As the weather gets a little colder each night, we all snuggle one step closer to the campfire. The leaves have almost finished falling and everything looks beautiful. What a perfect season we have here in Georgia.
February has made her presence known with cold winds, snow flurries creeping in, and the trees have finally dropped all their leaves.
I see the colours everywhere as I drive around this beautiful place, we call Rocky Fork Ranch.
