St Croix River Resort is located in East Central Minnesota, about 23 miles east of Hinckley, 90 minutes northeast of the Twin Cities (Minneapolis & St. Paul), right on the Minnesota, Wisconsin border. We are ¾ of a mile from the St. Croix River, renowned for fishing, canoeing, and tubing. This area known for the great Hinckley fire, the famous Jim Jordan Buck, and is a popular destination for lake activities, ATVs, and state parks. The St. Croix State Forest ATV trails are ¾ of a mile from us, there is easy access from the resort to the trails. There are various wildlife sightings throughout the park including whitetail deer, black bear, grouse, pheasants, and wild turkeys.
St Croix River Resort has 170 sites, as well as 15 cabins that sleep 6 people. Most of the resort is set up in cul-de-sacs, with 6 sites to a cul-de-sac. Our Resort includes an indoor heated pool, clubhouse, playground, volleyball, badminton, horseshoe pits, and hiking trails. This winter we have been busy making some improvements to our store and planning activities for the summer.

February has made her presence known with cold winds, snow flurries creeping in, and the trees have finally dropped all their leaves.

Goodbye to December and we are giving our thanks to all the members that were with us during the BIG thanksgiving feast.
