Winter is upon us here at Gettysburg Battlefield Resorts in South Central Pennsylvania!
Hello Happy Campers!
The summer has just flown by, but we are not done yet! Join us for our last weekend of events on the resort for Labor Day Weekend celebrations! We will have BIG games to play featuring Back Yard Games of the Black Hills, crafts, and movie night!
But that’s not all. There will be local events in the Black Hills of South Dakota for your enjoyment during the month of September. Keep your eye on the sky in the early morning hours of September 10th – 12th, for the Hot Air Balloons from the Annual Stratobowl Hot Air Balloon Launch at sunrise. Many of the balloons will fly over the resort and its quite a sight! Up next will be the very popular Buffalo Roundup and Arts Festival. This event will be from September 29th to October 1st, in Custer, SD.

As the weather gets a little colder each night, we all snuggle one step closer to the campfire. The leaves have almost finished falling and everything looks beautiful. What a perfect season we have here in Georgia.

I see the colours everywhere as I drive around this beautiful place, we call Rocky Fork Ranch.
February has made her presence known with cold winds, snow flurries creeping in, and the trees have finally dropped all their leaves.

Goodbye to December and we are giving our thanks to all the members that were with us during the BIG thanksgiving feast.
