Hello Fellow Campers,
My name is Deidra Larson, Resort Operations Manager at Rushmore Shadows Resort. We are so excited to come together with Travel Resorts of America and are looking forward to this camping season.
Rushmore Shadows is tucked away in the Ponderosa Pine Foothills of the Black Hills of South Dakota. We are located on Hwy 16, which is just minutes away from all the local attractions, such as Custer State Park and Mount Rushmore.
A few things that our members and guests can look forward to this season is a little update to our convenient store and a PROPANE FILL STATION!! We have been looking forward to adding that amenity for quite some time now and 2022 is finally the year!
Our gates open May 1st, and we look forward to seeing you then!

February has made her presence known with cold winds, snow flurries creeping in, and the trees have finally dropped all their leaves.

Goodbye to December and we are giving our thanks to all the members that were with us during the BIG thanksgiving feast.
