I see the colours everywhere as I drive around this beautiful place here that we call Rocky Fork Ranch. It is my hope you have plans to come and enjoy the vibrant colours we are blessed with. Fall is a great time to enjoy walks in the woods, trail rides, campfires, cool mornings as you warm up with a cup of coffee by the fire. Camping at its finest can be enjoyed during this season. Our activity department is still busy planning some amazing weekends for the whole family to enjoy. Simeon has laid out what to expect in November below so you can make the most of your time and plan accordingly.

It’s fall y’all! We still have planned activities throughout November, so come on down and enjoy! The first weekend, we have is Time Travel Weekend. Don’t forget to turn your clocks back! Next, we have Vets Weekend, come out and show your support for the men and women past and present who chose to serve and protect our freedoms. The third weekend we have Thanks for Giving Weekend. This is when we will have our Thanksgiving dinner for our Rocky Fork Family. We will supply the turkey; we ask that you bring a covered dish and a non-perishable food item that we can donate to the local food bank, so that people who might not have been able to have a dinner could have one this week. It’s a feast with friends and family that we treasure and look forward to especially this year as we have much to be thankful for. The last week in November we are Celebrating Native American Heritage Day. Let us learn about some local tribes that stayed in our area. As this year is ending let us be thankful for the great summer that we’ve all had!

Let me start with what a wonderful Halloween weekend we had. So many terrific costumes, it was amazing! The weather was perfect, and the party I believe was a great success.
There is a chill in the air as we welcome the Fall Season! As mentioned last newsletter, my favourite time of the season.
What a crazy summer season at Luna Sands. We’re into November now, knock on wood, we haven’t had any hurricane threats this year.Â
Here’s a big shout out and HELLO to November!!!!! Now don’t just shoo off October because it was all amazing, fantastic, crazy, Scary, and fun.
What a summer this has been!! It went by super-fast with no time to waste. The weather for most of the summer was fantastic and lasted all the way through October.
That’s a wrap! Can you believe the season is over?! We’re still recovering from all the fun we had in October and our Halloween weekends. We have to admit Halloween is our favourite time of the year here at PAR and we love when our campers go all out!
We are so excited for this month as we approach the winter season. We have a lot of goodies this month and will end with a bang for a personal favourite, HALLOWEEN!!!
