Winter is upon us here at Gettysburg Battlefield Resorts in South Central Pennsylvania!
December is here and its coming in COLD. Temps are sitting in the 60s here, but we miss summer already. Thanksgiving was a great time, we shared laughs, food, stories, fun, and best of all what we are most thankful for. Christmas is right around the corner and the decorations are up! We are snuggled warm by the campfire with our hot cocoa in hand, ready to spend this beautiful season at the Lake.
We are doing a few projects this month in hopes that we can get some things done before the temps drop lower. Last month, we were successful in finishing the small details on the new Laundry Room bathroom, as well as a new roof for the sitting area outside. This month, we will be redoing the paint on the Clubhouse Patio to insure no one slips with all the rain. We plan to tear out the walkway decking to the Nature Center and make a beautiful stone pathway. And our biggest project this month is to finish the Pen outside of the Nature Center. A few members already know what we plan to put in there but stop by next month and meet our 3 new friends! Come visit your friends and relax at the Lake.

Winter is upon us here at Gettysburg Battlefield Resorts in South Central Pennsylvania!
As the weather gets a little colder each night, we all snuggle one step closer to the campfire. The leaves have almost finished falling and everything looks beautiful. What a perfect season we have here in Georgia.
I see the colours everywhere as I drive around this beautiful place, we call Rocky Fork Ranch.
Goodbye to December and we are giving our thanks to all the members that were with us during the BIG thanksgiving feast.
