Happy September!

The weather here in Georgia has been HOT, good thing we have the lake to jump in! We have all been hard at work finishing up Member Build. If you did not hear, our Member Build last month was revamping the Pocket Park. While we still have some finishing touches to put on it looks fantastic! Make sure you come check it out next time you visit us.

We have sadly said goodbye to some of our work campers this month, but we’ve also welcomed new ones that have been a great addition to the NSL Family. Make sure you give our newbies a friendly welcome and say hello. We know you will love them just as much as we do.

Fall is right around the corner, and we are excited about the cooler weather and colorful leaves. We have a lot of fun planned for you with activities this month! We have Labor Day Weekend and South of Southern Band will be playing for you. Following that, we have our Tailgating Weekend where we will have football on in the Clubhouse all day, along with our Annual Camper Crawl following. After that, we have our Yard Sale Weekend so, make sure you bring the stuff you have been waiting to get rid of. We are also having our First Annual 5k Run throughout the Resort as a fundraiser for Childhood Cancer Awareness. All proceeds will go directly towards the Cancer Foundation. The last weekend of the month we have Around the World Weekend, and we have so much fun planned for you.

This month, 5 accommodations will be getting new HVAC units, the goat pen will be getting some new paint, all our buildings and rentals will get their seasonal power wash, our volleyball court should be completed for some fall tournaments, and we should be finishing up on filling the last of the potholes.
