Spring has sprung here at Bass Lake Resort, and we are excited for the upcoming camping season!
Let the camping season begin!!
Happy May everyone we are so excited to get the season going. The café and store will be open starting May 4th. The café hours are going to be Thursday, Friday & Saturday 4pm – 8pm until Memorial Weekend and then they will be open more. Make sure to stop in for happy hour and see all the crew. The store will be open Sunday – Wednesday 9am – 5pm, Thursday 9am – 7pm and Friday & Saturday 9am – 8pm for the month of May. Be sure to check out all the new inventory this year.
Our awesome maintenance team has been working hard getting everything open and the Resort cleaned up for all the campers. The water is on and the boats are in the water. The cabins are ready to go. We are currently working on getting the WiFi up and going with, hopefully, a better signal for you. Most of our seasonal staff is back on board. We are blessed to have a dedicated team with many that return year after year.
The activity staff is back and ready to go! They have so many neat things planned for you all. The first weekend in May we are doing a spring clean up weekend. We will provide the coffee and donuts and then we will whistle while we work to help Kathy get the Resort cleaned up and pretty again and then lunch will be provided for all our helpers. We also have a welcome back campfire, camping bingo and karaoke on the schedule. May 12th – 14th is all about Mom. We will be having our annual pancake breakfast, wine swap, live music by Mark Zane and many other things to celebrate mom. Joins us May 19th – 21st for a Mexican Fiesta loaded with a chili cook off, piñata and Mexican games. We will end May with a Memorial Day celebration with parades, tie-dye, craft fair and so much more. We are also planning to do our Memorial Garden that weekend. Our annual member build is scheduled for Saturday July 8th, so mark your calendars and stay tuned for more information on that.
