Winter is upon us here at Gettysburg Battlefield Resorts in South Central Pennsylvania!
Happy February North Shore Landing Family!
It has been cold here at the lake, but it is still as beautiful as ever! The sunsets this time of year are just wonderful.
Although it is the slow season here at the resort, we are still hard at work and continuing to update the park. We are renovating the sports complex, cleaning up sections of the parks that have been neglected during our busy season, and we are working in the laundry room train car. We are excited about the seasonal staff that we have slowly been adding the last few weeks and they are settling in nicely here at the resort. Our Activities Director, Ki, has been hard at work on this year’s activities season and we just know you are going to enjoy each weekend she has planned for you.
If you didn’t already know, we have added 3 new friends to the park. We now have Norwegian Dwarf goats that are going to be helping contain the kudzu growing in the storage area! They love meeting new people and would love to meet all of you! Next time you visit us, make sure you go say hello to them.
On February 25, we will be having our 2nd Annual Craft Fair! We already have over 30 vendors, live music, and food trucks that will be joining us and we would love to see all of you there to shop if you are in the area.
The busy season will be here before we know it and we are excited to see you!

As the weather gets a little colder each night, we all snuggle one step closer to the campfire. The leaves have almost finished falling and everything looks beautiful. What a perfect season we have here in Georgia.
I see the colours everywhere as I drive around this beautiful place, we call Rocky Fork Ranch.
Goodbye to December and we are giving our thanks to all the members that were with us during the BIG thanksgiving feast.
