Winter is upon us here at Gettysburg Battlefield Resorts in South Central Pennsylvania!
Hey y’all,
February has arrived and we are looking forward to a lovely Valentines craft. More details on that from Jessica our awesome recreation director below.
Speaking of awesome staff our maintenance and construction team have been busy remodeling a few more cabins. First, we gave L30AB a facelift and it looks great! We remodeled U16A and our first guest loved it! We are finishing up L-11 with new flooring and some special touches. We also have almost completed L-12 and we are excited to reveal both cabins on Facebook once they are done. We continue to get deep cleaning and routine maintenance checks done to so many cabins. All while keeping the ranch ready for those who want to come and enjoy it.
The weather has been very different with little snow but lots of rain. We are all excited to see some pretty white snow this time of year… I can’t believe I miss the snow!
As I think of summer season, I want to remind everyone of some important information. Our cancellation policy is being adhered to and this is making a great difference in availability for you all. A friendly reminder of the guideline stating no outside firewood is permitted is something we all need to keep in mind no matter what time of year you are planning to come. We simply ask you to keep those guidelines handy, so you’ll know the expectation prior to your arrival. We appreciate your attention to those guidelines set forth for all members.

First, I want to thank those who came to the New Year’s Eve craft! Everyone that stopped by made an awesome noise maker to ring in the New Year.
If you’re full of love and ready to craft, join me on Saturday, February 11 to make an adorable Valentine’s Day kissing booth! We will start at 1 p.m. and end at 3 p.m. There will be a sweet treat too!
