Hello everyone!
Can you believe it is March already? Wow, how time is flying! Spring is just around the corner and will be here before we know it. We are so excited for a great 2022 season!
We have been working on planning activities and coming up with new ideas for this year. If you have any ideas for activities or things you would like to see at Bass Lake, please reach out to me at hpowis@travelresorts.com. I would love to hear from you!
We have a lot of projects in the works. We have been working on freshening up the Cedar Lodges. Lodge 107B now has a new bed, kitchen table, rugs, molding, and decor. We had the hard wood floors all re-finished, and now the floors all look brand new. We are hoping to have all 3 done by Spring. Also, Dan shampooed the carpets in the clubhouses and offices.
We want to welcome back Debbie and the crew to the Café again this year! There will be some new faces but also the old ones you know and love, like Gram & Norm. She is planning to have a new menu and is hoping to be open more often this year. As always, she will have Happy Hour, Trivia Nights, Breakfast Buffets, Fish Fry Friday, and other nightly specials. We are also planning on doing a Pig Roast for Memorial Weekend! Stay tuned on Facebook for more information. Or you can use CampersApp to get the latest updates about what’s happening at Bass Lake, and even sign up for upcoming events!
We will be turning the water on at the sites by May 1st, depending on the weather. If you plan to come in before that time, please coordinate with the greeting station at (315) 728-9437 on where to check-in and fill your tank with water. The first weekend for the store, Café, along with any planned Activities, will be start up again on May 6th-8th. If you would like to make reservation, please call (855) 332-9541. Goodbye to December and we are giving our thanks to all the members that were with us during the BIG thanksgiving feast.
As the weather gets a little colder each night, we all snuggle one step closer to the campfire. The leaves have almost finished falling and everything looks beautiful. What a perfect season we have here in Georgia.

February has made her presence known with cold winds, snow flurries creeping in, and the trees have finally dropped all their leaves.
I see the colours everywhere as I drive around this beautiful place, we call Rocky Fork Ranch.
